Achieved an 93% success rate in resolving legal issues and cases.

• 900 job placement referrals.
• Helped organized a hunger strike at Wackenhut Detention Center to protest the inhuman conditions, resulting in closure of the detention facility, 2003-2005.
• Workshop presentations at CR 10 Conference of Critical Resistance to create awareness about post 9/11 detention and deportations of Muslim and South Asians.
• Helped stop deportations and decrease detentions through Anti-Deportation campaign.
• CIAP success stories were mentioned in print media by award winning authors including “Exception to the Ruler” by Amy Goodman and “We are All Suspects Now” by Tram Nguyen.
